Stress management in my everyday life.

    I have been suffering from, and struggling with stress as far as I can remember. I overreact to unexected noise, I have a problem to focus on one thing at the time, I multitask, and I sub optimate.

    What works in my life is daily meditation time, time alone, buffer time directly after I come home after a day at work. It also helps for me to do body work like going to the gym frequently and to get Thai- or Swedish massage now and then.
